Question: When an event involves transportation by a commercial bus/carrier, are PROBUS Members covered by PROBUS Insurance for liability and medical expenses?
Answer: If your Club is travelling on a chartered or rented bus the bus company is obligated to have liability insurance to cover the event of an accident or incident where passengers suffer an injury or loss.
