Club Use of PROBUS CANADA’s SurveyMonkey Account
PROBUS CANADA’s SurveyMonkey account allows 15,000 responses per year, which is far more than we need. PROBUS CANADA’s Board of Directors has approved allowing our Clubs use our SurveyMonkey account for their own surveys. We have already piloted this service with two clubs, and the process has worked well for all concerned.
PROBUS CANADA will host up to five Club surveys a month. Any Club requests beyond that limit will go on a waiting list, in the order in which they are received by the survey coordinator.
Please contact your District Director if your Club wishes to take advantage of this service. The Director will relay your request to PROBUS CANADA’s survey coordinator, who will get back to you within 3 working days of receiving your request.
The Process
Once the survey coordinator has approved your request to use our SurveyMonkey account, your Club will be responsible for developing up to 10 questions for the survey and establishing the survey’s opening and closing date. When that’s done, contact the survey coordinator, who will work with you over a Zoom call to set up your survey on SurveyMonkey. The final set-up step will be creating a web link to your survey.
Your Club will be responsible for distributing the survey’s web link to your membership. A week before your survey closes, you will get a notice telling you how many people have responded to your survey, so you can send the link out again if you wish.
Within 3 days after the conclusion of your survey, you will get a report on the survey responses.
