Can a club get Google Workspace for Nonprofits?

Modified on Mon, 15 Apr at 10:43 AM

Google Workspace is a bundle of different apps like Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, Sites, etc. Ordinarily, companies or nonprofits pay a license fee of several dollars per user and month for this bundle. However, Google donates licenses of a particular version of its Workspace to qualifying nonprofits.

PROBUS Canada went through a qualifying process managed by a company called TechSoup that included provision of the federal registration number. We are grateful that we were qualified and can now use this awesome bundle free-of-charge.

Unfortunately, there can only be one donated instance of Google Workspace per nonprofit, which is why our clubs will not get qualified for their own instance of this bundle.
