You are a Director or staff member and want to enter the Directors Portal, yet you are greeted with this error screen:
This error is likely caused by your browser being logged on to a different Google account, e.g. one ending in gmail.com. Accounts at probuscanada.ca are also Google accounts, so they sometimes step on each other's toes.
To solve this problem, you need to log on to your probuscanada.ca account before going to the Directors Portal. You may find it easier to use a different browser for each account, e.g. to use Google Chrome for your personal Google account and Microsoft Edge or Safari for your probuscanada.ca account.
To add your probuscanada.ca account to your browser, first go to https://myaccount.google.com. In the top right corner you will see your profile picture (or your initial). Clicking on that will open a small pop-up giving you the choice to Add another account.
Step through that process and you'll get to the page for that newly added account. Now you can enter the link to the Directors Portal:
Since the browser sees your two accounts, it will ask you which one to use. You click on the probuscanada.ca account ...
... and then you're in:
You will not need to go through this process again for subsequent visits to the Directors Portal.
